AI Enabler for leaders in Germany

AI Transformation and Adoption for Senior Leaders in Germany

The useful AI question is not which tool to buy. It is which business problem deserves a first proof, what evidence would make it credible, and what needs to change before people can use it in real work.

I work with CEOs and senior leadership teams to move from strategy to adoption: prioritise use cases, direct a first implementation, evaluate usefulness and risk, and make the next decision.

The result is not another strategy document. It is evidence for a decision: continue, change, or stop.

The work

I work where leadership decisions meet day-to-day operations and technology. I translate between executive judgment, specialist teams, and the people who have to use the result. I bring product judgment, architecture, governance, and enough hands-on depth to guide implementation.

  • framing the business question and strategy
  • prioritising use cases worth testing
  • directing the first proof, implementation, and adoption
  • evaluating the evidence, governance, and the next decision

What I have built

I do not only advise on AI. I build with it.

AmtsGuide is an AI-supported product for administrative processes. It turns complex public-service paths into understandable, checkable steps and connects AI output with human review.

I have worked with more than 4,000 public political documents, using retrieval, clustering, evaluation, and automated publishing. The point was to make a large body of material searchable, comparable, and usable, not simply to produce more copy.

I write about the practical side of this work: verification, prompt logs, checkable outputs, and the places where a person still has to decide.

When this is not the right fit

If you are looking for a generic tool workshop or a large consulting programme, I am probably not the right fit. I work on a narrower problem: leadership judgment, concrete work, existing systems, and a first test that survives contact with operations.
