About me

Andreas Dahrendorf

Portrait of Andreas Dahrendorf

I am an operator, not a vendor. For thirty years, I have worked at the seam where business judgment meets new technology, turning early ideas into things people can actually use. Today, that work is AI.

I work with CEOs, senior leaders, and leadership teams on AI transformation and adoption. I translate between executive judgment, specialist teams, and technology, then build enough evidence to decide what should move into real work.

I work close to the English-language AI frontier and translate what matters into decisions for leaders who do not have time to follow it themselves. I build with these tools every day, close enough to know where they hold and where they break before a business finds out the expensive way. I read the technology, judge the trade-offs, and build the first useful test in one loop.

I keep returning to one question: where does AI belong? These five positions are my current answers. When one of them is live in your organization, that is where a conversation starts.
