Better
The point is not replacement. It is better human work.
The question is rarely whether AI can do a job instead of a person. It is where AI lets a person do far better work. A model makes institutional knowledge usable at a scale no individual could reach alone.
I have built systems that put years of buried knowledge back within reach, and the value was never the machine working instead of people. It was people working better because what they knew was finally at hand.
Point AI at the bottlenecks where the best people are stuck. Measure better output, not a smaller headcount.
